The guys at North Texas Auto are very competent, I dropped my car off and they called to let me know when the job was complete as I requested. I was not charged a penny more than the estimate - and they actually got my brakes fixed faster than anticipated. I definitely recommend them.
A friend of mine recommended I check out NTAS - I was not disappointed. Great service and nice folks, I will be back, and I will be bringing my kid's car in the future as well.
I have used Good Year for years for oil changes. On my last visit I had an appointment for my oil change. A walk in entered just before me and another after me for oil changes also. Both where completed before mine. Looks like appointments don't help any.
Came to pick up my vehicle on a Friday evening after they called and told me it was ready. When they pulled it out of the bay it made a terrible grinding noise. They had performed a brake job. My commute to pick the truck up was over a hour. Came back Monday and picked up the truck, Tuesday it was throwing warning codes to Check Brake System. Not overly impressed with the quality of work.
Left a scratch on my door from the lift and said nothing to me about it. Still waiting on them to fix it.
